Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive in 2–5 working days across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹799; a flat ₹60 applies otherwise.
Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed and sent by SMS once your order ships. You can also track it from My Account.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, share a photo with us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
